1. Introduction
By registering for any Palestino Soccer Academy programs, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing the registration process. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the academy’s programs, players must meet the age and skill level requirements specified for each program. By submitting a registration, you confirm that the participant falls within the required age range for the selected program.
3. Registration Process
Once the registration form is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided contact email address. Registration is considered complete only after full payment has been received (if applicable). The academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration that is incomplete or does not meet program requirements.
4. Program Availability
All programs are subject to availability. If a program reaches full capacity, you will be notified and offered the option to join a waiting list or select an alternative program.
5. Liability Waiver
By registering for any program at Palestino Soccer Academy, you agree to release the academy, its coaches, staff, and volunteers from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during participation. All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
6. Medical Information
Participants (or their parent/guardian) are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect participation. The academy is not responsible for medical expenses unless prior written consent for emergency treatment has been provided.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants and guardians are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, teammates, and facilities. Failure to comply with the academy’s code of conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
8. Media Release
By participating in academy programs, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during training or events to be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including the academy’s website and social media platforms.
9. Changes to Terms
Palestino Soccer Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or published on the academy’s website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the appropriate legal venue located in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
